Don't Believe People That Tell You That Organic Foods Are Nonsense

I've noticed some people are telling other people that there is no dif
difference between organic foods and conventional foods. This is quite a popular belief and is due to our education system. I don't particularly have a problem with this because I can still educate people on the truth of organic foods and why they're so beneficial to us based on our physiology. The problem I have is that people are saying organic foods are non-sense and they are a waste of money. A lot of people that have the belief that there's no difference in nutritional value between organic foods and conventional foods do still admit that there is a benefit to organic foods.

The benefit is in the nutritional value but that it's free from pesticides, herbicides and fungicides. I'm finding out that people are so strongly against organic foods that they're actually saying that it's nonsense and a total waste of money. This shows you the power and importance of big corporations and their will to brainwash people into believing that their food products are better for you than real organic foods. People need to start thinking for themselves and not be persuaded by false research and their education system.

I feel like when people go to school and learn something they believe has to be right even though a lot of their education is influenced by big businesses. Just because you aren't in school doesn't mean it's real. Your professor can tell you that organic foods are a fad and they're a waste of money but that professor probably doesn't understand soil erosion and the many problems that come about when you grow your foods not organically.

I find that the people that tell me organic foods are nonsense are usually struggling with many health problems. We shouldn't judge people for their health views other we should judge them for the success they have with those views. If someone eats organic foods and is free of health problems. They have a good amount of vitality and energy. This makes more than any type of study or research. Most people talk the talk but few actually walk the walk. We have so many doctors talking about exercise and don't even exercise themselves.

Don't believe people that say organic foods are non-sense because what they're doing probably isn't working for them. You could eat organic foods for a couple years and get phenomenal results with your health. Don't worry whether or not people believe you that it was the organic foods that dramatically improve your health. You know that what you did worked for you and is working for you now. That's all that matters. Raw honey could also be considered organic food and is great for stimulating metabolism. This should be included with organic meats, organic fruits and vegetables.

Food is something a lot of people are very sensitive about. Most people are very afraid of food because they think the more food they eat the more weight they're going to gain. We have people that are so afraid of foods that they start themselves in greatly destroy their health. It doesn't help that most conventional advice for weight loss is to restrict your calorie intake. Starting yourself actually causes huge metabolic shifts in the body which leads to an assortment of health problems. Believing that calorie counting will help you to lose weight shows you the lack of understanding most people have for physiology. People think that the number one enemy of poor health is food because they think that if you eat too much food or eat the wrong types of foods then you're going to get ill. The truth is there's many foods which will not only prevent you from having the disease but also improve your overall health dramatically.

The conventional medical community has brainwashed people into believing that foods have no impact on overall vitality. If you go to a psychiatrist he will tell you that nutrition doesn't play a part at all in your mental health. The reason why he thinks this is because he's trained to believe this. If he understood physiology in a deeper level he would know that nutrition plays a crucial role in mental health. Adrenaline a stress hormone which is produced to regulate blood sugar causes huge mood swings. Estrogen is another hormone that is produced in the body which also causes lots of anxiety and mood disorders.

The psychiatrist doesn't know anything about estrogen dominance and because of this, their only way to help people is with drug therapy. A psychiatrist or even a medical doctor would probably tell you that eating organic foods is unnecessary and isn't can make a drastic shift in your overall health. I think it's unfair for doctors to say things like that because they haven't independently researched organic foods. You shouldn't say anything if you don't understand. If you're not educated on the benefits of organic foods and don't know much about it then you should say I'm not sure. Either way, though it's pretty obvious that the conventional medical communities approach isn't working because we're seeing more and more diseases and no results for people when it comes to helping them with these diseases. I always thought if somethings not working can you change it but what's strange about the conventional medical immunity is the keep doing the same thing and expect a different result.

Doctors have beliefs which are extremely outdated and very few doctors actually keep themselves up to date with newer types of drugs and treatment options for patients. This is quite strange when you think about it because health is something that's an ongoing learning process and we should always be learning new things and trying new things out in order to better improve our health.

In conclusion, don't just believe that organic foods are bad because someone tells you they are. Do your own research and find out for yourself. Don't even believe what I say rather think for yourself and make your own call. You need to become more independent when it comes to your health because your health is the most important thing in your life. You don't want to just listen to a doctor. Because he sounds sure of himself rather you want to make the best decision based on research and logic. Remember that organic foods also include organic meats, organic fruits, vegetables and raw honey. A lot of people think that the only organic produce available is organic fruits and vegetables but organic meats are another great source of organic food.
